These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Feby mobile application ("App"), and any related services (collectively referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or other age as required by local law) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that (a) you are of legal age to form a binding contract, or that you are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and (b) all information you submit to us is accurate, current, and complete.

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to us or used with permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or the name of Feby. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of the App without our prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control. You may not:
Our App may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or opinions expressed in any third-party websites or services. We do not monitor or check these websites for accuracy or completeness. Inclusion of any linked website or service on the App does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website or service. If you decide to leave the App and access a third-party website or service, you do so at your own risk.
Feby offers auto-renewable subscription plans through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store:
Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region and currency. The exact price will be shown to you before you complete your purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your device settings:
You may also manage subscriptions within the App by going to Settings → Manage Subscription. Canceling your subscription will prevent future charges, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. If a free trial is offered, the specific terms and duration will be disclosed at the time of sign-up. You will not be charged during the free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through these platforms. Please review Apple's and Google's refund policies for more information.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice period.
If you choose to sign in using Sign in with Apple, you authorize Apple to share certain information with us, which may include your name and email address (or Apple's private relay email if you choose to hide your email). This information is used solely to create and manage your account within the App.
You can manage your Sign in with Apple settings at any time through your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Password & Security → Apps Using Your Apple ID → Feby. You may revoke the App's access to your Apple ID at any time through these settings.
By using Sign in with Apple, you agree to Apple's terms and policies regarding the service. We do not have access to your Apple ID password or other Apple account credentials.
THE APP AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Feby, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the App; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or contact us for account deletion.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. For any disputes, you agree to first contact us to seek resolution before pursuing legal action.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page. We will also notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice in the App or by some other means. Your continued use of the App after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
